The continuous improvement is the bet that the companies of the Nacala Corridor assume, as a challenge, to meet the needs of customers and partners thus guaranteed, the competitiveness of the business and the improvement of performance, which corresponds to the capacity to achieve the desired result with quality and efficiency.

It was in this context that a total of 30 employees of the Engineering Management of the Nacala Corridor (Coal and General Cargo) met last week, between 17 and 18 December in Nacala, in order to discuss and understand objectives and goals of the corridor companies and discuss their role in achieving those results.

Likewise, the meeting of Engineering had as agenda items the definition of initiatives that will constitute the Master Plan of the area and align and mobilize the whole team around the challenges and actions defined in the Master Plan.
